We are a non-smoking community that offers app-based, coin-free laundry rooms and is pet-friendly, but we do not allow dogs.

Our community amenities are designed to provide a peaceful and quiet living experience, with a private park along Issaquah Creek, EV charging stations, and boat and RV parking spaces available. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-site for quick response, and our management office is located just 5 minutes away.

Our Apartment Homes

We offer a variety of apartment homes to suit your needs, from 1 to 3 bedroom apartments. Our 1 bedroom apartments, named Dogwood and Pine, feature 740 square feet of living space, while our 2 bedroom apartments, named Douglas and Spruce, offer 930 and 1250 square feet of living space, respectively. Our largest apartment, named Maple, is a 3 bedroom apartment with 1200 square feet of living space.

All of our apartment homes come equipped with modern appliances, including range/electric, heat/electric, washer/dryer in building or in unit, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, high-speed internet ready, ceiling fan, and operable thermal pane windows. Our apartments offer large decks and spacious interiors, providing plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy your home.
