Some residents have reported persistent noise issues caused by neighboring residents, which have significantly impacted their overall satisfaction. Despite initial attempts by management to address the issue, the noise problem persisted over an extended period.
Plumbing Issues
Additionally, some residents have experienced plumbing issues, including a sewage system smell in their kitchen sink pipes. It took days for management to respond and weeks for them to send someone to fix the issue, and even then, the solution was only temporary.
Amenities and Location
The apartment complex has a good location, with nearby shops and amenities. However, some residents have reported issues with the elevators, parlor, and garage door, which have impacted their experience.
Rules and Enforcement
Some residents have expressed frustration with management's inability to enforce rules, particularly regarding dogs and noise levels. There have been instances of residents not following rules, such as letting dogs run leash-free or openly threatening others.
