Our Story
Our chef and owner, Kathryn L. Vanderminden, is a Vermont native who returned home to raise a family, start a business, and bring good food to the community. With over 15 years of experience in the food industry, Kate has cooked at the James Beard House in New York City, co-taught culinary arts at Stafford Technical Center, and is a recipient of the Vermont Business Magazine Rising Star Award.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of catering services, from corporate events and weddings to private cooking lessons and seasonal picnic lunches. Our menu changes regularly, depending on what's available at the local farmer's market or in our own garden, ensuring that our dishes are always fresh, seasonal, and delicious. We can also facilitate other event items such as seating, dining tables, linens, and tent rentals.
