Our Story

Our journey began with a passion to create a yoga studio that is truly a home for our students - a place where they can feel comfortable, empowered, and supported on their yoga journey. Our dedicated team of teachers is committed to providing a safe, challenging, and transformational practice that honors the traditional principles of yoga while incorporating modern modifications and adaptations. We believe that every student is unique, and we strive to create a sense of community and connection among our students.

Our Services

At 90 Degrees Yoga, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have a class style and atmosphere that suits your needs.

  • Hot Yoga: A traditional hot yoga practice that combines vinyasa flow with static poses in a heated room. Expect a challenging and invigorating practice that will leave you sweating, stretching, and rejuvenated.
  • Warm Mindful Flow: A slower-paced, more meditative practice that combines gentle flow with static holds. This class is perfect for those who want to experience the benefits of yoga without the heat.
  • Yin Yoga: A deeply relaxing and restorative practice that targets the deeper tissues of the body, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
  • Community Hot Yoga: A weekly class that offers a more affordable and accessible option for those who want to experience the benefits of hot yoga without committing to a full membership. Join us every Sunday and Friday evening for this special class!
