Detailed Machining Inc. is a full-service machine shop located in Sidney, Ohio. Our company was founded by John Bertsch, who began his career working for several local companies before deciding to embark on a mission to establish his own business.

In 1997, Bertsch started Detailed Machining Inc. in a humble one-door garage in Sidney, Ohio. Initially, the company catered to the needs of local sheet metal fabrication shops. However, through unwavering commitment and dedication to delivering excellent service, the company quickly grew and expanded its capabilities.

Today, Detailed Machining Inc. is a leading provider of fast and reliable service at competitive prices. We specialize in high-quality parts with a quick turnaround for dire situations, such as line-down or rapid prototyping requirements. We have also implemented lean manufacturing principles throughout all our operations and are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
