Founded in 1982 by Ray Mathieu, our mission has been to provide creative tool and manufacturing solutions for our customers. While we have grown significantly both in size and manufacturing capability, our ability to provide our partners with creative solutions remains a major element of our value proposition.

Our Services

Our dedication to redefining metal fabrication drives a continuous cycle of innovation that delivers all products to our customers at the right time and the right price. Our services include Metal Fabrication, Rapid Prototyping, Part Finishings, Tool Design, Kitting, and Inventory Management.

Our Metal Fabrication services involve producing parts in carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. We machine, form, and weld parts for our customers in the conveyor industry, food industry, agricultural industry, construction industry, and parking industry. Our standard production runs are 20 to 1000 pieces, but we regularly do 5,000 and 10,000 pieces orders, as well as 1 or 2-piece orders.

Our Rapid@Raymath service provides rapid prototyping, where we design and produce the first sample of a new part in one week or less. Our Part Finishings service offers a complete range of finishing options, including plating, powder coating, bead blast, SS graining, as well as pad print and silk screen. Our Tool Design service involves designing unique tools to manufacture parts in the highest quality and most cost-effective way.

Our Kitting service involves assembly and kitting of components, which can be sent directly to customers or sent to our customer's warehouse for future orders. Our Inventory Management service provides Just-In-Time delivery support utilizing Kanban and vendor-managed inventory systems.
