Cunningham Architecture

Cunningham Architecture is a King of Prussia-based architecture firm serving the Philadelphia Main Line and surrounding suburbs. Led by our husband-and-wife team, Orsi and Rich Cunningham, we specialize in residential design with a focus on new custom homes, additions, and renovations. Our designs are functional, cohesive, and beautiful, reflecting the unique aesthetic and needs of our clients. For many homeowners, building or renovating a home is a new venture that can be understandably overwhelming, but we strive to make it a positive and enjoyable experience. We act as our clients' partner and advocate throughout the entire design and construction process, prioritizing transparency and communication while being sensitive to budgets and timelines. On each project, we listen to our clients' needs and develop a customized professional service plan. With over 20 years of experience, Orsi Cunningham (a registered architect in PA and NCARB-certified) leads projects from conception through construction.

Rich Cunningham brings over 30 years of expertise in building design and illustration, ensuring every detail aligns with client visions. We take pride in delivering exceptional professional service and quality design documentation while meeting project schedules. Our collaborative approach fosters trust and lasting relationships between clients, consultants, and contractors. We are deeply committed to community service, supporting organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the ACE Mentor Program. Our process combines meticulous planning with creative problem-solving, ensuring seamless permit approvals and construction timelines. Clients consistently praise our ability to transform homes into personalized spaces that exceed expectations while maintaining practical functionality.
