With over 20 years of experience as a designer, Tim is committed to the big picture and the small details. In his spare time, he loves painting, sculpture, and photography, and is known to become an art maniac at any moment.

Louanne Welgoss, Founder & Creative Director

Louanne is a skilled graphic designer and artist who brings a love of all things visual to her role. She oversees project management and magazine design, and in her free time, loves to corral her oversized Bernese Mountain Dog, Moose. You might find her cycling through the country roads of Frederick County or taking on a challenging eastern shore century ride.
