At Mahalo Media Solutions, we are more than just a small family-owned graphic design company based out of Sterling, Virginia in Loudoun County. We are passionate about creating stunning logos, event programs, event signage, flyers, product labels, business stationary, posters, yard signs, and WIX website designs that help our clients elevate their brand and make a lasting impression on their audience.

Our Team

Our team is made up of professionals who are committed to delivering excellent results. Kara, our partner and co-owner, is a professional graphic designer with a keen eye for detail and a knack for creativity. She takes her work very seriously but is always ready to help with a smile. Mike, also a partner and co-owner, is an IT nerd who can help with small business IT issues, set up networks, recover lost data, and transfer any of your analog data to digital.

Maddie, our youngest team member, is currently off to college, but she is always ready to lend a hand whenever needed. We are a family-oriented business, and we believe that our family values make us unique and set us apart from other graphic design companies.

Graphic Design Services

We offer a variety of graphic design services including logo design, brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, banners, business stationary, and any other design ideas you may have. Our process is simple and stress-free. We start by discussing your business and what makes it unique. Then, Kara will come up with three different logos for you to choose from. Once you have chosen the logo you like best, you can tell us what else you'd like done to it. You will then be provided a final package of high resolution images of different sizes for you to use on your website, social media accounts, and advertising materials.

Logo Packages

We offer three different logo packages to cater to your needs and budget. Our Level 1 package starts at $500 and includes one custom logo, three designs to choose from, three edits included, and high resolution JPEG, PNG, EPS, and PDF images sized for social media, along with color and font information. Our Level 2 package starts at $700 and includes one custom logo, at least three designs to choose from, ten edits included, and high resolution JPEG, PNG, EPS, and PDF images sized for social media, along with color and font information. Our Level 3 package starts at $1000 and includes one custom logo, at least three designs to choose from, unlimited edits during the design process, and high resolution JPEG, PNG, EPS, and PDF images sized for social media, along with color and font information.

WIX Website Packages

We also offer WIX website packages starting at $600. Our Level 1 package includes one basic WIX website with four custom designed pages. Additional pages can be added for $100 each. Our Level 2 package starts at $800 and includes one WIX website with seven to ten custom designed pages. Additional pages can be added for $100 each. Our Level 3 package starts at $1600 and includes one WIX website with ten or more custom designed pages, edits or page additions after the site is live for one year, and additional charges for Premium WIX Subscription and any Apps that need to be purchased for specific functions on your site not provided or included in a Premium subscription by Wix.

Logo + WIX Website Packages

If you need both a logo and a WIX website, we offer special packages starting at $1000. Our Level 1 package includes one custom logo, three designs to choose from, three edits included, and a basic WIX website with four custom designed pages. Additional pages can be added for $100 each. Our Level 2 package starts at $1300 and includes one custom logo, at least three designs to choose from, ten edits included, and a WIX website with seven to ten custom designed pages. Additional pages can be added for $100 each. Our Level 3 package starts at $1800 and includes one custom logo, at least three designs to choose from, unlimited edits during the design process, and a WIX website with ten or more custom designed pages, edits or page additions after the site is live for one year, and additional charges for Premium WIX Subscription and any Apps that need to be purchased for specific functions on your site not provided or included in a Premium subscription by Wix.
