Our History

Our school was founded on the principles of Isshinryu Karate, a style of martial arts that emphasizes discipline, respect, and self-control. Over the years, we have built a reputation for excellence, thanks to the dedication and expertise of our instructors. Our head instructor, Shihan John Devine, has spent decades perfecting his craft, and has earned a reputation as one of the most respected martial artists in the region.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of students of all ages. Our children's program is designed to teach kids the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life, including self-defense, discipline, and confidence. Our teen and adult program is designed to help individuals of all ages improve their physical strength, cognitive abilities, and overall well-being. We also offer specialized programs, such as Krav Maga, which focuses on threat neutralization and aggression. And for kids' birthday parties, we offer a unique and fun experience that combines karate instruction with celebration.
