Our Team
Our team is comprised of dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to providing a high-quality education and care for your child. Our administrative team, led by Pastor Dominick and Joyce Avello, the Founders and Overseers of Cornerstone Church, have a vision to establish a presence in the community and provide a Christian-based education for children. Our team members, including Christa Lanford, our Preschool Director, Victoria Joy Lanford, our Assistant Preschool Director, Delaney Dalton, our Administrative Assistant, Shannon Strauss, our Office Manager, Georgia Hernandez, our Training Coordinator, and Mr. Marc, our Front Desk Manager, are all dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and learning environment for our students.
Our History
The Net Preschool was born out of a vision to establish a Christian-based preschool in Tennessee. Pastor Dominick and Joyce Avello, who had previously founded and overseen Cornerstone Christian Academy, were led to move to Tennessee to plant a sister church and start a preschool. With over 20 years of experience in education and ministry, our leaders were well-equipped to establish a preschool that would provide a high-quality education and a strong foundation of Christian values.

Our curriculum is designed to foster intellectual, social, and emotional growth, and we provide a variety of activities and experiences to engage our students and encourage their natural curiosity. We also provide opportunities for our students to develop their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
