Our journey began in 2000 when Chef Duc opened our doors with the aim of bringing high-quality baked goods to the community. With a background in Montreal's prestigious hotels and resorts, Chef Duc brought his expertise to Houston, working at the Doubletree Hotel before opening his first bakery, Frances Delice, in 1996. Today, we're proud to offer a wide variety of specialty cakes for any occasion, crafted with the same passion and care that Chef Duc instilled in our bakery from the very start.
