Our story begins with Francis, a pastry chef with a rich cultural background. Born in Mexico to Jewish European parents, Francis has always had a passion for baking and cooking. She brings her heritage to life in every dish and dessert she creates, from the Jewish-Mexican fusion dishes to the sweetest treats. Francis' love for her craft shines through in every detail, from the icings and fillings to the breads and pastries, all made fresh each day using recipes passed down through generations.
