Adult/Teen Classes
Comprehensive karate training for adults and teens emphasizing physical conditioning, self-defense, and mental focus. Sessions include warm-ups, strength training, flexibility exercises, and technical drills. Classes alternate between kata (forms) and kumite (sparring) to develop practical skills and martial arts proficiency in a supportive community setting.
Kata Training
Structured instruction in traditional karate forms (kata) that preserve centuries-old techniques and movement patterns. Students learn precise sequences of strikes, blocks, and stances while developing muscle memory, balance, and mental focus. Kata training enhances technical proficiency and prepares students for competition and rank advancement.
Kumite Sparring
Controlled sparring sessions teach practical self-defense applications and improve reflexes, timing, and strategic thinking.
