Sarkis Family Psychiatry was established in 1991 by our esteemed founder, Dr. Elias H Sarkis, with a clear mission to deliver top-tier psychiatric care to the children and families in north-central Florida. Over the years, we have expanded our services and treatment options, staying true to our vision of providing holistic and integrative care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Our comprehensive evaluations consider various factors such as nutritional habits, social interactions, school performance, sleep schedules, and more.

Our treatment plans incorporate conventional approaches, including medication, psychotherapy, and couples therapy, along with nutritional supplements, modern technology, relaxation techniques, meditation, mindfulness, and other non-drug interventions. We are proud to be among the first in North Florida to offer computer-based memory-enhancement and cognitive training at our dedicated Sarkis Testing and Treatment Center. We utilize neurofeedback, a type of biofeedback focusing on the brain, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), an innovative depression treatment that doesn't involve drugs, surgery, or electric shocks. All our treatments are evidence-based, backed by solid research and proven effectiveness. We also offer opportunities for patients to participate in new clinical research through Sarkis Clinical Trials.
