The owners of Western Branch Concrete Inc., Norman and Janet Tucker, have been making backyards into showplaces for entertaining and relaxation for over 35 years. Norman, an expert in driveways, sidewalks, patios, stamped concrete, swimming pools, and other decorative elements, combines his skills with Janet's design expertise to keep their clients happy and satisfied.

As a family-owned business, we are active in our community and support various charities, including the police department's Blue Knights, Firefighters' causes, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Meal on Wheels of Portsmouth. We are also members of Westhaven Baptist Church.
