Our Story

Our founder, Gini Wallace, took a leap of faith to pursue her dream of starting her own business, driven by her passion for animals and her desire to make a difference. Along with her husband Scott, she spent 20 years building a reputation for exceptional pet care in the South Bay area. In 2013, Gini hired Catalina, who has been an integral part of the team ever since. In 2024, Gini and Scott decided it was time to retire, and Catalina took the reins, continuing the legacy of providing premium pet care services.
