Our Founder: Steve Meadows

Meadows Custom Homes was founded by Steve Meadows, a seasoned home builder with a passion for designing and building homes. Steve grew up in Canal Winchester, where his family owned the iconic Wigwam restaurant. He went on to receive a basketball scholarship and played under the guidance of the Head Coach of the University of West Virginia, Bob Huggins.

Today, Steve and his wife, Joanne, reside in Fairfield County, where they raised three sons who attended Bloom Carroll schools. All three of their sons have received their college degrees, and Steve and Joanne take great pride in their family and community. Steve's strong reputation in the construction industry and the community are very important to him, and he strongly relies on referrals from satisfied customers for additional home building opportunities.
