Our team includes Co-Owner Steve Schottenstein, who has spent over 40 years in all facets of home building and has extensive knowledge of the features that prospective buyers want most in their homes. Co-Owner Paul Coppel brings over 30 years of legal expertise, especially in the areas of land acquisition and development. Vice President David Parsley has over 30 years of experience in making homeowners happy, and Operations Manager Brian Borowitz oversees the physical day-to-day contracts with the suppliers and subcontractors. Together, we are committed to providing the highest quality new home construction in Columbus.
