Payment Information

Payment is expected at the time that you drop off your dog(s). If your stay is open-ended, arrangements can be made to pay at the time that you pick up your dog(s). If you return for your dog(s) earlier than planned, Safe Journey will refund or credit any unused portion of your fee. Payments can be made using our website, or in person with cash or a major credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).
