Richey Property Management

We are Richey Property Management, a locally owned and operated company founded in 2006 by Sue and Craig Richey. Both founders have been licensed Realtors since 1998 and own rental properties in the Northern Virginia area. Over the years, we have grown to manage over 700 properties with a dedicated team of 14 professionals. Our mission is to provide the most comprehensive service available to both property owners and renters. We strive to deliver more value through additional staff, extensive experience, strong leadership, and active community involvement. Our approach combines personalized service with advanced technology and systems to manage every aspect of the rental process.

From preparing the property for rent and qualifying tenants to managing the property through the lease term, we are present at every step. We offer a seven-step marketing plan designed to attract reliable tenants quickly and secure optimal rental rates. Our services include thorough tenant screening, timely rent collection, 24/7 maintenance support, and regular property inspections. We stand behind our work with guarantees such as free tenant replacement, payment protection, and a results-based satisfaction guarantee. Through continuous learning and community engagement, we aim to make owning a rental property hassle-free for our clients.
