Our History

After 30 years in the construction industry, our founders, Denise DeGroff-Coffey and Dr. Sanjay Govil, recognized the need for a more quality-based, client-focused approach to providing construction engineering and testing services. They joined forces in 2004 to establish Reliant Testing Engineers, Inc., with the goal of raising the bar for Quality Control/Quality Assurance companies throughout the industry.
