Our founders, Pamanita and Rodney Hopkins, have built a reputation for providing qualified professionals to fill temporary or long-term positions within organizations. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the engineering and technical resources industries. Our president and CEO, Pamanita Hopkins, has over 27 years of experience in civil and structural CADD management for federal, state, county, and local municipality projects. Our director of operations, Mark DeSisto, brings over 20 years of engineering recruiting and sales experience. Our chief strategy officer, Andre Pirl, has over a decade of experience servicing clients in the fields of construction, engineering, and legal.
