At Par-Tech Construction, we're a family-owned business with a strong presence in the commercial industry since 1995. Our experienced team carefully plans, schedules, and monitors every aspect of the job from the initial meeting with our clients until the final completion. Services

Our services range from new construction projects to remodels and additions, seismic upgrades, and more. We have a team that specializes in complex situations, often presented with remodels and additions, and can work within tight time frames. Most of our remodels have been owner-occupied. We also specialize in seismic upgrades, having completed numerous projects that involve seismic upgrades in one way or another. Our team self-performs carpentry, allowing us to provide a competitive price in this category.

We've successfully completed several LEED-certified projects, including the Issaquah Fire Station #72, which was recognized as one of the highest scoring LEED Platinum fire stations in 2012. Since then, we've completed the Seattle Fire Station #22, which is LEED Platinum certified, and the Seattle Fire Station #29, which is LEED Gold certified.

Projects

We've successfully completed a broad range of projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and restorations. Our portfolio showcases our expertise in various sectors, including fire stations, education, and government buildings.

Fire Stations

We've completed twelve fire station projects, from Portland to Seattle. These projects include two new LEED Platinum-certified fire stations and one LEED Gold-certified fire station. Our team has the expertise and experience to handle complex fire station projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Education

In the education sector, we've completed approximately seventy school projects. These projects have ranged from small remodels to additions, HVAC upgrades, play structures, new bus turnarounds, electrical upgrades, and site improvements. Our team understands the importance of creating safe and functional learning environments, and we're dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of students, teachers, and administrators.

Government Buildings

Our government projects have ranged from courthouse remodels to correction facilities, city halls, dog control facilities, military projects, and ODOT buildings. These types of projects have ranged from minor improvements to new construction. We're experienced in working with government agencies and understand the unique challenges and requirements involved in these projects.
