From taking a single-family home down to stud, modernizing kitchens and living spaces, moving interior walls or putting in additional bathrooms, to 30-unit multifamily apartment turnovers, we can renovate to your specifications and budget.

• Carpentry: We do all types of carpentry, including installing and building custom cabinets, bookcases, fireplace mantels, and more. Want to update your master closet space or maximize storage in a laundry room? We can make it happen.

• Plumbing: Do you want to rejuvenate the look of your bathroom, kitchen, or laundry room? When it's time to replace the leaky faucet, old toilet, or dingy bathtub, give us a call. We can take out your old fixtures and replace them with something attractive and worry-free to renew your space.

Hi, I'm Michael, the founder of Swift Shore Construction. I founded Swift Shore Construction to bring customer service back to general contracting. I bring 10 years of experience in the industry to each project we undertake, and we pride ourselves on customer service. All of our paints and materials are sourced from industry-leading manufacturers you can trust, and we work with your schedule to deliver services in a timely manner. We are licensed and insured for your protection.
