Who We Are

Founded in 1987, Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network is a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in New Hampshire. We operate four inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in Salem, Nashua, Manchester, and Portsmouth, along with 20+ outpatient clinics throughout the state. Our team of experienced clinicians and therapists work collaboratively to provide personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
