Our Story
At Children's Book World, we believe that reading is a fundamental part of childhood development, and we are committed to providing a welcoming and engaging environment for children of all ages. Founded in 1989 by Hannah Schwartz, our independent children's bookstore in Haverford, PA, has been a staple in the community for over 33 years. Today, Hannah and her daughter Heather Hebert continue to run the store, dedicated to sharing their passion for literature and education with families and educators alike.
