Dr. Shelton co-founded MSMOC in 1984 and pioneered sports medicine programs serving Ole Miss Athletics. With over 40 years of experience, he established the states first fellowship programs in sports medicine and adult reconstruction.
Cooper Terry, MD
Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Terry founded Oxford Orthopaedics in 1997 and now leads shoulder and elbow care at MSMOC. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, he specializes in complex joint reconstructions and has trained multiple generations of Mississippi orthopedic surgeons.
