Rich City Studios

Founded in 2019, Rich City Studios has established itself as a premier destination for music production, audio engineering, and multimedia services in Richmond, California. Our founder, Chuck T, began his journey in audio production at age 16, pursuing formal education at Howard University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Radio, TV, & Film production with a focus on audio. With over 15 years of cumulative experience, including internships at MTV and Gary Drew's studio, we combine academic rigor with real-world expertise to deliver professional-grade services. Our facility occupies three suites within Richmond's historic Market Square Mall, offering state-of-the-art recording studios, podcast production spaces, and multimedia production capabilities.

We maintain a commitment to community engagement through artist showcases, educational programs, and youth discounts while upholding industry-standard equipment and workflows. Our LGBT-friendly environment ensures all clients receive respectful, uncensored creative support, with flexible scheduling options including same-day appointments. Through continuous participation in local events and national campaigns, we've built a reputation for technical excellence and community stewardship, serving both emerging and established artists across multiple media formats.
