Our Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

We complete a walk-through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, wear, and areas of concern.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuum

We pre-vacuum all carpet areas to remove bonded and dry soil, pet hair, and loose dirt.

Step 3: Furniture Moving

We carefully move sofas, chairs, and tables, using protective padding or tabs as needed.

Step 4: Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot

We pre-treat traffic areas, spots, and spills with an enzyme treatment to remove oils and dirt.

Step 5: Cleaning and Deodorizer/Sanitizer

We use a low-moisture system of cleaning, non-residue dry foam shampooing, applying deodorizer/sanitizer, and carpet protection.

Step 6: Final Grooming

We thoroughly brush your carpet with our nylon pile lifter, lifting the carpet to its natural height and giving it luster and fluffiness.

Step 7: Post-Inspection

We inspect the work with you, ensuring you are satisfied and signing the service receipt.

What about Pet Odor?

Pet odor and stains are a common issue, and our carpet cleaning service includes a topical pet treatment designed to quickly remove pet stains from the surface level of the carpet. We also offer an enzyme treatment to break down and remove odors and stains from carpet fibers. In stubborn pet odor cases, we apply specialized treatments to remove contaminants that have penetrated the carpet padding.
