Tucker was great! He arrived at the time I scheduled and took great care of our carpets. We have a 15 year old cat that doesnt love his litter box and he took special care to ensure the carpets were cleaned and it smells great in my house now! Our experience with our Technician at Chem Dry was absolutely excellent! He explained the process, confirmed price and advised me of special discounts available! We even added some cushions cleaning and our Tech did such a good job of making them look almost new! I definitely wont wait too long for our next area rug carpet cleaning! Wonderful service

What was odd was the special discussed
on the phone versus what the price ended up being. $149 for two rooms was the agreed upon phone deal. The tech said the job coordinator did not mention the special. So he tore up the estimate written for $190. Keep in mind that the tech had strategically looked at the carpet to be cleaned before writing an estimate. So, when he wrote the new estimate he told me i had two spots identified that would cost $10 a piece to treat. Then added another thing, not mentioned with the special. There was a gas surcharge of $10. My total then came to $11 shy of his initial torn up estimate of $190. So, the $149 special ended up at $179. That seemed a little deceiving. Beware of the specials. But, they did a good job.

I have family visiting in town and have a spare room in our basement thats carpeted. Our basement has lots of moisture already and my cat got stuck in the basement overnight and had an accident on the carpet. So gross and the entire basement smelled so bad. I called chem dry and they were able to come out the next day and use their cleaners to clean, sanitize and get rid of the smell immediately. I like that they can work with you on your price if you are on a budget. I highly recommend using this company and I will continue to use them if it happens again.

I dont know the science but it WORKS! I should definitely have taken before and after pictures. My carpet looks brand new again. I stepped out on a limb because I was tired of the other guys not doing a good enough job and boy am I happy I did. From beginning to end the entire thing was seamless, I scheduled online and a representative started texting with me the next day. They answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule. I was able to get an appt within a week. I think his name was Ramsey but Im not sure, he was fantastic! Explained the tougher spots and wasnt pushy like a car salesman just very helpful. Paid with my debit card on his way out. Im extremely happy with this company! Im a forever customer.

We just had all the carpets in our house cleaned and Chem-Dry did a fantastic job. Living with aging pets and a new puppy had put our carpets through a lot this summer and we wanted to be ready for cooler weather and holidays with family.

Curtis did an excellent job. He applied a protectant to help prevent stains and dirt settling into the fabric I had my sofa, chairs and banquet benches treated. He took the extra step to spot clean any areas on my furniture before applying treatment. It was a joy to work with Curtis. I will definitely call again whenever I need furniture or carpets cleaned.
