With a passion for teaching and a desire to help others find their creative potential, Dick developed a method that combines music theory, chord and solo exercises, and psychology to help students cultivate a creative mindset. His students have gone on to perform locally and nationally, become successful guitar instructors, signed recording contracts, and even recorded and toured with renowned artists.
