Meet The Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about their work. Our President and Owner, Ron Ricci, is an Accredited Master Builder and a Master Certified Green Professional, with a background in Engineering and Project Management. He has a deep understanding of the importance of sustainable homes and is committed to making sure every home we build is of the highest quality. Our Vice President of Operations, Joshua Ricci, brings a hands-on approach, having grown up on the job site. He oversees all on-site construction progress and works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure a timely schedule and the utmost quality in the construction of all homes. Chloe Ricci, our Jobsite Supervisor, ensures that the boys are doing their jobs, and she's always ready to lend a paw or offer a friendly nuzzle. Her favorite work activities include running around the job site, stealing food from workers, and can occasionally be found sleeping on the job.
