Our Team

Our team is led by Steve Frucht, a licensed professional engineer with a civil engineering degree from Valparaiso University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Steve has earned several designations from the Home Builders Association, including Graduate Master Builder, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and Certified Green Builder. Our team also includes experienced superintendents, Glenn Johnson and Bob Reitz, who are dedicated to providing premium customer care and expert guidance throughout the construction process.
