Landscape Design
Creative Habitats creates custom landscape designs that transform outdoor spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. Our designers collaborate directly with clients to understand lifestyle needs and property characteristics. Using traditional principles like balance and unity, we develop plans ranging from simple plantings to comprehensive outdoor living areas. Each design integrates hardscapes, plant selections, and water features tailored to the client's vision and budget.
Irrigation Systems
We install and repair efficient irrigation systems that maintain healthy landscapes while conserving water. Our systems use zone-based controls and pressure-optimized head placements for maximum coverage. Services include new installations, system expansions, leak repairs, and seasonal adjustments. We prioritize durability and ease of maintenance, with valve clusters positioned for convenient access and future service needs.
Drainage Solutions
Our drainage experts design systems that protect properties from water damage while enhancing landscape functionality. Solutions include French drains, dry creek beds, and grading adjustments that work with natural topography. We address both surface runoff and subsurface water issues through customized plans. Installations incorporate erosion control measures and integrate seamlessly with existing landscaping features.
Patios & Walls
Creative Habitats constructs durable, visually appealing hardscapes including patios, retaining walls, and walkways. We use materials like natural stone, pavers, and brick to create functional outdoor living spaces. Our designs consider structural integrity and aesthetic harmony with home architecture. Projects range from simple seating areas to complex multi-level terraces with integrated lighting and water features.
Garden Setup
We establish thriving gardens using nutrient-rich soil blends and appropriate plant selections. Services include site preparation, soil amendment, and installation of irrigation lines. Our team designs gardens for optimal growth conditions, incorporating mulch pathways and pest control measures. We offer ongoing mentorship to help clients maintain productive vegetable gardens and ornamental plantings throughout the growing season.
