At Growing in Motion, LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy services to children and adolescents in central Pennsylvania. Our Story

Growing in Motion, LLC was founded with a passion to provide skilled therapy services to children of all ages. We have two conveniently located clinics in Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg, serving families from south-central Pennsylvania across towns in Dauphin, York, and Cumberland Counties. Our mission is to respect and honor children and help them overcome challenges through individualized therapy sessions. We take pride in being an in-network provider with major insurance companies, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Capital Blue, Highmark, Tricare, and UPMC.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of therapy services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, play therapy, sensory integration, reflex integration, motor skills therapy, orthotics, feeding therapy, sound therapy, and social groups. Our therapists are trained in various specialized techniques, such as sensory integration therapy, motor planning, Handwriting without Tears, Astronaut training, reflex integration, the auditory therapy Tomatis, and the DIR/Floortime play therapy model. We address a variety of diagnoses, including articulation, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD/ADD), auditory processing disorder, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), brain injury, cerebral palsy, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), down syndrome, dyspraxia, feeding challenges, fluency, high tone, language delays and disorders, learning disability, lisps, low tone, oral motor challenges, receptive and expressive language, sensory processing disorder, and stuttering.
