The Pennsylvania Child Care Association (PACCA) is a statewide non-profit membership organization dedicated to advocating for high-quality early care and education programs. Our organization exists to support and empower early care and education providers, families, businesses, and communities across Pennsylvania.

Our Mission

At PACCA, we believe that high-quality child care is not just a concern for parents, but a crucial investment in the future of our state. Our mission is to advocate for policies, programs, and services that support the development of high-quality early care and education programs, benefiting children, families, and communities throughout Pennsylvania.

What We Do

As a leading voice in the early care and education sector, PACCA provides a range of services and resources to its members, including training and professional development opportunities, advocacy and policy support, and access to scholarships and funding. Our T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood PENNSYLVANIA Scholarship Program works with providers, colleges, and child care staff to offer scholarship programs and support systems that improve the education and compensation of child care workers.

Our Vision

Our vision is a Pennsylvania where every child has access to high-quality early care and education, and where early care and education providers are valued and supported for their critical role in shaping the future of our state. We believe that by working together, we can create a brighter future for Pennsylvania's children, families, and communities.
