Our facility has recently undergone an expansion, adding over 36,000 square feet to our shop. This additional space has enabled us to increase our production capabilities and offer a more diverse range of services to our customers. From custom one-off prototypes to full production runs, we have the equipment and expertise to meet any requirement your company may have.

• SNC Plasma Cutting and Contouring: Our state-of-the-art plasma cutting and contouring machines can cut up to 2 inches thick material.

Load Test Weldment

We have the capability to perform load tests on weldments up to 200 tons. This ensures that the weldments meet the required strength and durability standards.

CNC Machining

Our Carlton 98" x 275" machine has a 50 HP Cat 50 Spindle. It features an X axis of 273", a Y axis of 94", a Z axis of 17.9", and a W axis of 14". This machine allows us to handle large and complex projects with precision and accuracy.

Bridge Cranes

We have 40 styles of bridge cranes that can move large equipment around our facility. This enables us to efficiently handle heavy and oversized projects.

Large Fabrication

Our facility is equipped to handle large fabrication projects. We have the space, equipment, and expertise to work on projects of any size and complexity.

CNC Plasma

Our 12' x 40' CNC plasma machine can cut up to 2 inches thick material. This machine ensures precision and accuracy for all your plasma cutting needs.

35,000 lb. Fork Lift

We have a 35,000 lb. fork lift available for moving heavy equipment and materials around our facility.

Press Brakes

Our facility features 750 ton, 600 ton, and 400 ton press brakes. These machines allow us to form and bend materials to specific dimensions and shapes.

Plate Roller

We have a plate roller available for rolling materials into various shapes and sizes.

Mig and Tig Welding

Our team specializes in MIG and TIG welding of aluminum and stainless steel. We ensure that all welds meet the highest quality standards.
