Swiss Machining
Our Swiss screw machining produces complex precision components with tolerances as tight as .0003 inches. Using eight Swiss turning lathes and five conventional CNC lathes, we manufacture parts from 1/16 to 1.25 inches in diameter. This technology enables simultaneous material and tool movement for enhanced accuracy and reduced production downtime.

Our six CNC lathes create components from .25 to 25 inches in diameter with lengths up to 80 inches.
