Born out of a Pennsylvania family in the 1980s, J & S Richardson Construction has established itself as a dependable and skilled general contracting company. A vacation to the breathtaking San Juan Mountains in 1993 sparked a vision to build a life amidst the majestic landscape of western Colorado. This vision materialized in 1999, when we proudly built our first home in Telluride.
