Finbro Construction

Finbro Construction LLC was founded in 2006 by Werner Catsman and Steve Finger. Our company has extensive experience with all forms of residential construction, including single-family custom homes, mixed-use projects, historic preservation, and multi-unit condominiums/hotels. We have a consistent track record of successfully executing complex projects and collaborating with our clients and design teams.

Our Philosophy

At Finbro Construction, we believe that open communication is the key to a successful project. We use Procore construction management software to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on the project's progress. Our significant experience in the region gives us a firm grasp of unit prices, which allows us to provide accurate cost control and risk mitigation strategies. We prioritize quality control, conducting daily inspections and documenting every aspect of our work in real-time.

Our Team

Our team of approximately 20 dedicated employees includes project managers, superintendents, foremen, estimators/project administrators, staff accountants, and IT and management personnel. We take pride in our team's collective expertise and the collaborative approach we take in working with our clients and design teams.
