Danny - Machine Operator

Danny has been a Machine Operator for the last 25 years. He has extensive experience working with plate roll machines and angle roll machines. Danny is meticulous about every piece of his finish products. He pays close attention to all degrees, chords, angles, development length, and segments. He ensures that every item that is sent out to our clients meets all the dimensions according to the drawings and client expectations.

Henry - Shipping/Receiving and Quoting

Henry has recently joined our team in a Shipping/Receiving role. He brings years of experience from working at Schneider. We are happy to have him join our shipping department. Henry also works with Geannie to quote the customers. If there are any questions regarding Shipping/Receiving, Quotes, and Purchase Orders, Henry will be more than happy to help.

Jimmy - Lead Welder

Jimmy is our leading experienced Welder. He has extensive experience working with various metals, including Regular Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum. Jimmy follows the blueprint detail exclusively, and his accuracy is key. He is able to weld not only basic welding - grinding smooth to gouge and full penetration weldings. No welding job is too small or too big for him.

Our Services

At AB Metal Fabrication, we offer a wide range of fabricating services and work with different types of metals. We have various machinery that can fabricate metals to the desired dimensions. We work closely with our clients to customize their products and provide reasonable quotes for our services. Through our high-quality work, we strive to guarantee customer satisfaction to build rapport for future transactions.

Plate Roll Machines

Our facility has a variety of plate roll machines that offer different sizes and thicknesses. We have a 1/4" x 8' Montgomery Plate Roll, 9/16" x 8' Roundo Plate Roll, 1-" x 8' Roundo Plate Roll, 5/16" x 10' Roundo Plate Roll, and 5/8" x 14' Roundo Plate Roll. We can also roll thicker at narrower widths. Our Roundo Plate Rolling machine allows us to roll metal plates into cones and cylinders with large diameters. We also have the Montgomery Plate Rolling machine that can roll metal into thinner and smaller diameters.

Angle Roll Machines

We have two angle roll machines that can roll/form Pipes, Channels, Angles, Round Bars, T-bars, and I-Beams. Our Leg-out: 2" x 2" x " Roundo Angle Roll and Leg-out: 5" x 5" x " Bertsch Angle Roll have all the dies needed for various forming and rolling requirements.

Welding Services

In addition to metal fabrication, our company also provides welding services. We have a Miller MIG / TIG Welder and a Lincoln MIG Welder that can handle full penetration welding up to 3" thickness. Whether you need basic welding or more complex welding jobs, our team has the expertise to get the job done right.
