Our Story

At the heart of our operations is a deep commitment to sustainable forest management. We are the pioneers of this approach, having been established in 1854 by the Menominee Tribe. Over the years, we have evolved our practices to ensure that our forests remain healthy and thriving for generations to come. This commitment is reflected in our forest management plan, which is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and meets the standards for LEED Green Building Certification.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including the production of rough sawn lumber, kiln drying, veneer logs, and pulp wood by-products. Our millwork division specializes in custom millwork and moulding. We also supply wood to various industries such as flooring manufacturers, furniture makers, pallet manufacturers, and cabinet makers. Our products are sourced from our extensive forest land, which spans over 230,713 acres, with 95% of the land forested. Each year, we harvest approximately 15 million board feet of lumber, ensuring that our forests remain healthy and productive.
