We are a home-based massage therapy business located in the tranquil and peaceful area of Lihue, Kauai. Our business has been established since 1994, and our practitioner, Mylene Lotz, has been dedicated to the healing arts for over 20 years. About Mylene Lotz

Mylene Lotz is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Hawaii (MAT - 3710) and has been practicing holistic medicine since 1999. Her knowledge of healing arts dates back to her childhood in the Philippines, where she learned the ancient art of Hilot from her Chinese grandfather. She later attended healing arts and massage school in Manila, where she graduated with top honors.

Mylene has worked in major spas in the Philippines before establishing her own private home business in Hawaii. She believes in the power of the body to heal through natural and alternative paths and continues to integrate new treatments and therapies into her practice.

*Hilot Massage*: This kind of massage is used in traditional medicine in many parts of the Philippines and throughout the world today. It is a form of healing therapy that relies on principles of the body's natural energy to treat imbalances in our bodies/mind and relieve many ailments. It is beneficial for body relaxation, pregnancy-term massage therapy, skeletal manipulation, relieving muscle pains, and treating many other medical conditions.

*Cupping Therapy*: Cupping finds its roots in traditional Chinese medicine and is valuable for treating various medical conditions. This treatment brings blood to the surface of the skin and improves energy flow throughout the body. Cupping can help with blood disorders, rheumatic diseases, fertility and gynecological disorders, skin problems, high blood pressure, migraines, anxiety and depression, bronchial congestion, varicose veins, and many other maladies.
