For instance, our Orthopedic Massage is focused on treating painful conditions affecting the soft tissues of the body. This style of massage requires extensive training and involves releasing tense muscles, stretching tight muscles and tendons, and decompressing rigid joints. We also offer Chair Massage, which is a popular way to relieve stress and release tension while seated. Our Swedish Massage is designed to be very relaxing and therapeutic, combining oils or lotion with strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to improve circulation and relieve aches and pains.
