Are same-day visits available?
We accommodate same-day requests for established clients with a $5 administrative fee when booked less than 36 hours in advance.
How does payment work?
Payment is due weekly or at service start. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks. Holidays require 50% deposit with balance due 30 days prior.
Will the same sitter visit each time?
While we aim for consistency, our small team approach ensures backup coverage. Your primary sitter will introduce substitutes to your pets when needed.
How do you access homes during power outages?
