The Home Builders Association of Greater Siouxland is a professional trade association that has been serving the tri-state area of Northwest Iowa, Southeast South Dakota, and Northeast Nebraska since 1948. Our mission is to promote the professionalism of the building industry through educational programs and activities for our membership and the communities we serve.

Our Services

Project Home and Scholarships

We are committed to giving back to the community through our Project Home initiative, which involves building a home with the help of local students from the Western Iowa Tech Community College's carpentry and electrical classes. We also offer scholarships to high school students who are interested in pursuing a career in the building industry. Our scholarship program is designed to encourage and support the next generation of home builders and industry professionals.
