Since our founding in 1896, we've become experts and innovators in the concrete slipform process, and have designed and built nearly 1,000 major bulk materials and food plant facilities across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Our Team

Our professionals give customers the benefit of their years of experience in building both projects and relationships. With an average of 20 years of experience in the design, engineering, and construction management group, and an average of 32 years for construction field supervisors, our team is equipped to handle even the most complex projects with ease. Our leadership team includes John Gleeson, Chief Executive Officer, with 49 years of construction experience; Ken DuBois, President, with 27 years of construction experience; and Kenny Gubbels, Vice President, with 25 years of construction experience, among others.

We've worked on a wide range of projects, from small farm cooperatives to large international agricultural and industrial institutions.
