The Homeplace is a premier independent, assisted living, and memory care community offering senior apartments to individuals and couples 55 years old and over. Our communities, located in Stanley, Mondovi, Durand, and Dorchester, Wisconsin, are dedicated to providing a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents. Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to meet the needs of our residents. These include:

• Assisted Living: Our assisted living apartments provide the perfect balance of independence and support. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Medication management and administration, including assistance with diabetes management, are also available.

• Memory Care: Our memory care setting is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals with memory impairments. Our staff is trained to provide personalized care and assistance, and our common living spaces are designed to promote a sense of familiarity and comfort.

• Independent Living: For those who require minimal assistance, our independent living apartments offer the freedom and independence of living in a private apartment, with access to shared common areas and community activities.

Amenities

Our apartments offer a range of amenities, including spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments, attractive common areas, daily life-enriching activities, three daily home-cooked meals, nurse on site or on call 24/7, and memory care settings that offer added security for peace of mind. Additional services such as housekeeping, laundry, and transportation arrangements can also be arranged.
