Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club Condominium, Inc. is a vibrant community located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Since its inception in 1968, our Par 72 Championship Course has been the pride and joy of Pembroke Pines, offering a legacy of excellence. The community is conveniently located near the beaches and numerous cultural possibilities of Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Miami, making it an ideal place to live and enjoy a wide range of activities.

Golfing at Hollybrook

Our championship U.S.G.A.-approved course is renowned for its manicured, elevated greens, watered fairways, and challenging sand traps and water hazards. The course offers both competitive and non-competitive play opportunities through our men's and ladies' golf associations, which boast nearly 250 and 180 members respectively. Members can enjoy social time after golf and continue their connections beyond the course. The Chelsea reservation system allows members to request a tee-time and allocates times based on the number of times played by owners in the unit. It also keeps track of the golfer's score and handicap/index rating.

Tennis and Pickleball at Hollybrook

Tennis and pickleball are free to members of the Hollybrook community. We have 12 beautiful tennis courts, including eight carpet soft courts and four hard courts. Two of the soft courts are lighted for evening play. Courts 9 and 10 are reserved and lined for Pickleball. A ball machine is available to the tennis community for practice, and our active Tennis Club schedules tournaments and social events throughout the year for its members and guests.

Restaurant and Dining

After a round of golf or a game of tennis, members can stop by our full-service restaurant conveniently located next to our Golf Pro Shop. Our restaurant offers a delicious menu and special lunch and dinner specials on Thursdays and Saturdays. It is a perfect place to unwind and socialize with friends and family.

Community Life and Activities

Hollybrook is more than just a place to live. It is a vibrant and well-maintained community for active seniors, offering a wide range of activities to stretch your mind, body, and creative talents. Our community has many groups that engage in various activities, including the Italian Culture Club, Hollybrook Men's Golf Association, and Hollybrook Women's Golf Association. We also have a theater/banquet facility for our many dinner dances and shows, and a recreation building that offers a varied range of activities.

Amenities and Services

Hollybrook offers unsurpassed amenities including free membership to the golf club, an 18-hole executive course, 14 tennis courts, seven swimming pools, and a full-service restaurant. We have also installed an electric vehicle charging station with two units, and we are pet-friendly. Condo units have one or two bedrooms, ensuring comfortable living for our residents.
